The console log you provided indicates something amiss with OSX itself and not Logic.... and indicates a USB audio device is having issues during communications to OS X..

Then hit the button with the gear icon bottom left and select 'use this device for sound output' (you should still be hearing your iTunes output - it is now going to both Soundflower and the built-in speakers) Then In Quicktime: create a new audio recording in the popup menu next to record button select 'Soundflower (2ch)' as the input.

Not all audio devices play well as aggregates...especially software ones when they haven't been updated or arent fully compatible with the current OS X version being used.. but also certain hardware ones under certain circumstances.
